B-GLAD (Barbados Gays and Lesbians Against Discrimination) is dedicated to the promotion of human rights for all persons within the Barbadian society and in particular lesbians, gay men and bisexuals. B-GLAD, through education on issues of human sexuality and individual differences, will promote the acceptance of all persons and develop a positive agenda for change within Barbados and the Caribbean region.
