Bright Future Organization Rwanda (BFO-Rwanda) is a Civil Society organization (CSO) dedicated to advancing the human rights of the marginalized populations based on their sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, operating in Rwanda. BFO-Rwanda envisions a society of empowered LGBTIQ+ individuals to claim their human rights while holding accountable duty-bearers to human rights obligations in accordance with the national, regional and international human rights standards. BFO-Rwanda advances its mission through a range of strategic approaches, including capacity building, human rights education, human rights monitoring, research, and advocacy. The organization firmly believes that sustainable development can only be achieved when no one is left behind.
