Minority Womyn in action (MWA) is a feminist LBQGNC-led organisation based in Kenya that works to advance the freedom, rights , visibility and well-being of lesbian, bisexual, queer and gender non-conforming persons.
MWA’s mission is to promote the full realisation pf human rights, dignity, and inclusion of LBQGNC folks through community organising, advocacy, movement building, healing justice, leadership development and the creation of safe spaces where they can thrive and actively participate in social justice and decision-making processes to strengthen collective power and sustain long-term social change.
