CHAPDOMINICA is a member of the Caribbean HIV AIDS Partnership (CHAP) and is made up of a number of small groups of MSM/LGBTI in the Eastern Caribbean. For the past years, they have undertaken programmes in small settings where, because of homophobia, outreach to MSM is very difficult. The organisation's aim is to provide HIV prevention and human rights information to adults and young MSM/LGBTI community in the country, especially those who are vulnerable to social stigma & discrimination.
